Customises HRM Lite

So basically you want an app where people can sign up. after sign up they can add company name and sub company name. and you want the page design like the HRM - Human Resource Management Lite V-2.1 theme but you want to change few color and hide the unnecessary items from the theme - am I right ? also you want to sell that service - meaning when people sign up you want to pay them for sign up - then they can log in and add company. about the add company - what is actually it does - just a form where they can input their company details and hit submit and our service just hold the record of it ? please let me know more in details - I'm interested.
