Customizations of Apptha Airhotels Script for Magento

I've purchased an Magento-Script called "Airhotels" two years before. I installed it as a rental booking platform for unusual accommodations, connecting people looking for unusual stays. Owner can list their unusual properties on customer backend. Now I have the following problems to solve: TASK 1: On Property-view-site a customized Tab is located, showing the position of the property (without indication of Adress) on a google-map (zoom 10, no control assembly). This worked fine with the old embed iframe code, but google has established a new iframe code, that need customization of the Airhotels Script. The result after inserting the new embed iframe code in the admin backend you can see on Screenshot 1 (see attachement)! I need customization for the new google iframe code. TASK 2: Also on property-view-site is a new tab called "Booking info" (see Screenshot 2). But its for enter only text (under attribute "house-rule"). It should be changed to the same layout configuration as under description-tab (see Screenshot 3): on the left side the text with full cancelation policy (same for all propertys) and on the right attribute-based details concerning booking info like "Cancellation level", "Booking fee", "Level of bookings", "Booking Deadline", "Deposit" etcetera. TASK 3: There is a problem by takeover the selected date from product view cart (see Screenshot 4) to the Booking cart (see Screenshot 5). If customer select stay for several nights the price for Subtotal and Grandtotal keeps to one night! Please cut out both mistakes! Moreover I need following little customizations in the Booking cart view (also Screenshot 5): Under the name of selected property should be specially indicated the number of nights (calculated by arrivel date to departure date) In the line below should be shown value for attribute "breakfast_inexcluded" (it displays, if breakfast is included or excluded) Finally in overview of prices (white box at the bottom on the right) is a confusing text layout: all lines should be justified equal! I hope, you read through the tasks exactly before you bid. Once accepted I'm not willing to discuss about the price (if you want more because you didn't read the tasks). Than the project will end before it has started. If something ist unclear, please don't hesitate to ask me! After successful fixing of mentioned issues I can hold out further jobs.
