Hi, Myself Tarun, I am software engineer having 4 year of experiance in Zend Plateform. I have worked on various project in Zend framework 1 & 2 which varies from e-Commerce sites to Big SaaS applications. I can do this project for based on the requirement Initial effort will be required to understand the requirements then we can kick start the project. There are around 47 API's need to be made and so 47 API need to be consumed We will suggest that we should opt for Apigility to make API's and For Consumptions of API , do you want us to made whole CRUD ( Add,update views ) too for your application ? I've built a number of REST apis. So long as the underlying project is documented and intuitive enough, building this one shouldn't be a problem.
