Develop a Woocommerce Plugin Extension

Hi, I am looking for a Wordpress/Woocommerce programmer to develop a simple, basic plugin for my Woocommerce site. The plugin will need to "extend", or add function to an existing plugin already installed on my website. (So, to make things a little easier, let's think of this as a "Plugin Extension" Job). In a nutshell, the newly created plugin/extension will need to better "connect" the existing plugin with my Woocommerce theme. Let me explain, the THEME that I am using is a "Marketplace" theme built for Woocommerce. It creates a unique online shop and a MONETARY ($) user balance for each member/user. The WooCommerce PLUGIN that I am using also creates a separate (unrelated) user balance, but this user balance is a CREDIT based system. I will need these two separate user balance systems to be "tied" together to create one single balance for each user. So basically I need a NEW plugin that will work side-by-side with the original plugin and theme. Remember, I don't want to customize or replace the original plugin. This job will require a NEW plugin that will "extend" the existing one. The new plugin will need to draw from both user balances to work properly. To better illustrate... - Current Theme = Monetary user balance (used to cash out via paypal) - Current Plugin = Credit user balance (used to purchase items in Woocommerce shopping cart) - New Plugin/Extension = Will need to tie both user balances together to create one single user balance used to purchase items in Woocommerce shopping cart. It is my hope that this project will be a very simple, basic and easy job for any knowledgeable programmer. I do realize that this project will require examining and discovering how the existing plugin and theme function. I will be happy to provide you with access to the files and my Wp-admin if you wish.
