Equallet is a robust search engine and review site (ala Yelp and Foursquare) that delivers results for women owned businesses that meet the quality, cost and convenience criteria of the user. Our mission is to connect socially conscious consumers with locally owned businesses founded by women in an effort to create mutual wealth and prosperity. We intend to harness this collective financial power of women to achieve gender equality with our wallets. We seek an experienced UX/UI developer to create our responsive local search and review website with features that include, but not limited to, geo targeting, app payments (Paypal), beacon technology, multi-lingual and is scalable. Because of our mission, we prefer to work with women developers but that will not deter us from considering well qualified male contenders.
