add Geolocation options to real estate plugin -- 2

Hi. We are using a plugin called essential Real Estate plugin = ([login to view URL]) but we are potentially considering changing to wp real estate ([login to view URL]) and want to know the cost for some customisations. I need to be able to do the following. Point 1 only applies to the essential real estate plugin so can you provide a cost that excludes point 1. I need to add a geolocator search field linked to google or bing maps on essential Real Estate plugin = ([login to view URL]). wp real estate ([login to view URL]) already has a geo locator search so you if you go to the link [login to view URL] and type in a postcode in the address field eg "hp136bq" you will see it will start prepopulating the address and it will display all properties within that postcode. 2.) I need to be able to search via postcode eg geo location search 3.) If u go to [login to view URL] You will see it allows you to search by radius (how many miles away from the postcode). It also has added to site (it allows you to search by added in the last 24 hours, last 7 days, last 14 days 4.) If you go to [login to view URL] you will see their is a map button that allows you to see the properties in map view. Its next to the list icon button
