I need to find someone extremely knowledgeable with Amazon AWS services. My websites are using RDS and Lightsale, and keep locking up. I don't know if it's the database, or what. But the sites show a blank screen intermittently, especially when traffic spikes. I just need someone to dig around in my account and help me figure this out once and for all. It's been a nightmare that has lasted for months, and noone seems to be able to help.

Thought I had bid on this. I wouldn't call myself an AWS expert, but I'm a server expert and Lightsail is nothing but an EC2 container while RDS is a remove mysql-compatible database. Relevant Skills and Experience I run a web hosting service, work here full time and have extensive server experience. I can find out what's going on and implement a fix.
