Automate upload of PayPal invoices to Quickbooks

We use PayPal to create invoices for our customers. We want these invoices to end up in our Quickbooks accounting system. AT the moment, we have PayPal set up as a bank account in QuickBooks. This automates the import of the cash transactions (IE when somebody makes a payment against an invoice). The information that is missing is about invoices that have been created but not yet paid in full - who owe us money. To see this, we want to have the PayPal invoices in Quickbooks too - and the official PayPal integration for Quickbooks does not support this. Could this be something we solve using iMacros or a similar product? Or else using a Python script run on a local machine? The invoices can be accessed in the invoicing panel of the UI and downloaded as PDFs. They are also accessible via links in certain emails from PayPal that we could filter and send to a specific inbox. PayPal has an invoicing API which could also be relevant. We also use ReceiptBank, which machine reads documents and processes them for upload to QuickBooks - so an end point for this project could be pulling the PDF of newly created invoices, and sending them to ReceiptBank. We're a small charity so we're looking for a real MVP solution. This is why we've posted this as a simple project. We do recognise that there could be a much more fully-featured solution which would rightly cost more.
