Dropdown list (each item has defined points) 2. input textbox 3. button, called "Point Up" 4. on the top right, the credit (total points) 5. four tabs on the bottom (for Wordpress pages for each tab): I. first tab is titled "SYNC" II. second called "E&T" III. Third called "Form" IV. Fourth called "OE info" 6. Undo the added points (if the user did it by mistake) Finally, an admin account to extract all the input (database) Attach has more details.
