I want software designed to be place on to computers and collect information such as login and logout times, computer idle time, program been used and length so program on top and also if something like a browser what sites they are on. this all needs to got back to a central location and have APIs to pass into other software.

I have built similar app. This app monitoring user activity/idle/computer shutdown and so on. Also it have keylogger ability and remote executing of any exe/script option. You may view this project in my Portfolio. It called Auditor. But it does not have ability to track websites. So this feature must be developed from scratch. I have already vision of how to develop this feature. But this app written on Delphi. If you want to rebuild it on c# you must growth your budget twice.

I already have most of the source for this written, and a centralised cloud storage account that this data can be kept on. Said cloud storage offers an API which you can utilise to have other applications retrieve this data. Alternatively, you may allocate a place to store the data, and I will write an API to exchange the data with other applications.
