we have got lite mage cache installed throuugh hosting company, but there is an issue may be conflight between ultimo theme or some extension. Hosting company has given some tip to fix this they tried to enable lite mage cache but that changes the layout of the website, check their reply Previously, I ran the command below through SSH and found some layout xml files are having the attribute cacheable="false". It may prevent the caching. | grep [login to view URL] [~/public_html/app]# grep -r cacheable * | grep xml I suggest that to check with your developer and try to find out the xml files with having the attribute cacheable="false" and change it cacheable="true". Also Please refer the URL or check with default Magento build-in full page cache to test the site.
