There are a few important aspects I need to know before I can make the final bid as follows: 1- What is the payment api you are using? 2- Do you have a merchant account? 3- What is the payment gateway? You won't be able to check the credit card balance unless you have an account with the bank directly and you want to check your own balance. Credit card companies won't allow it from a third party api. Looking further to understand what framework you are using? if any?

Hello! I'd love to be able to do this for you. Verifying that a credit card is correct is easy enough, however, I'm going to let you know that you can't check the balance of credit card. You'd need to have permission from the person's bank to check that.
