CRM + Android APP required

Hi, Please read bellow text. Business Model: We will tie up with local kirana/paan shop. We will be selling vegetables, fish and meats with our partner store. We will deliver the products to customers directly. And will give percentage to partner store. Also we will be selling goods in whole sale to partner store. So need CRM for manage this business and APP for partner store. In web CRM i need following system. -Store Management : Add/Edit/Delete/Active/Inactive Store. -Store Commission Management : List, Search, View, Add -Customer Management : Add/Edit/Delete/Active/Inactive Customer. -Order Management : List, Search, View, Approve, Cancel Order. -Category Management : Add/Edit/Delete/Active/Inactive -Product Management : Add/Edit/Delete/Active/Inactive -Admin User Management With Access Privilege -Slider Image Management -Delivery Location Management -Time slot Management -Report of sale/income etc etc In Store APP i need following system -Login with mobile number and OTP -Order vegetables, fish and meats for customer with customer name, mobile number, address, pin code, nearest location and time slot. -Order wholesale goods -View order list of customer products -View order list of wholesale products -View commission transaction list -Push notification Basically i need app for android device, No payment gateway need. develop crm and web service in codeigniter (preferred). Please quote me minimum amount and i need app first, so that i can start building the network. Will pay after completing the work
