I'm looking for a freelancer who is well-versed in eCommerce website and can: - set-up delivery based on location, - set-up different payment methods - work with multi-currency prices, - can assist with safety and security of the website - can detect whether a client is based in a particular location and show pricing specific to that area - allows for referral programmes where if a client refers a friend, that client receives a certain amount off their next purchase - any other customisation - launch of website I have theme options to choose from between WooCommerce, Magenta, PrestaShop, etc, so I'd need advice on the best type of theme to suit my needs but is still easy to use for a non-technical person
