Dedicated PHP developer to develop an Ecommerce website

Looking to hire a skilled, dedicated PHP developer who is having hands on experience in design and development of a ecommerce website. He/She must work full time to design and develop a website with the features below. The developer must be responsible for design, development, testing of the frontend as well as backend & deployment of the application on the live server. I'm looking for fulltime dedicated freelancer who is able to work on this project but they must have worked on a similar project in the past. I do not have a time constraint but definitely the budget constraint. Please share only 5 similar portfolio which I can review and then accordingly invite you to discuss the requirements. Also, before sharing the requirements document, the freelancer needs to sign an NDA to proceed to the next level of requirements discussion. The freelancer must be available to speak to me as per my convenience. I need the daily update and bi-weekly reports and discuss the queries they have. Communication is the key for this project.
