Delivery Dispatch Software - Web & Mobile -- 2

I will be opening a delivery service and I am looking for a professional / company with experience in GPS to create dispatch software. I have a website that I need to integrate the dispatch system to. The website developed by PHP. In the website I have the shipment details for Base Location & Destination Location using Google Map. I need to be able to manage all delivery Items and use the dispatching system to organize and manage the nearest driver near to Base Location and calculate the shortest route. I need to send the nearest driver to pick the order . Driver needs to accept the order, Or driver Can select the order from the list (optional) Driver Need to collect the Order from Base Location, He needs to confirm receiving the order in good condition and he need send SMS to customer in Destination that he is in his way to deliver the shipment Driver need to get customer signature after he deliver to be able to close the work order. Then click Job Done and he become free for other orders. The dispatcher should support apple iPhone, apple iPad, or android tablets or phones. Whichever drivers accept the call, the system should run their location thru google maps to determine which is closer to the customer and let him know he got the call. Every driver must have their own user name and password and software should keep track of history of jobs. The software should reply a message via sms or via app to the customer that their car is on the way along with the details of the drivers car and information and his location. The system should allow the driver to input stops and multiple runs along the same call. DISPATCH CENTER INTERFACE Dispatch centre interface should be a web based application with login and Password with 3 level users (operator, supervisor, admin) with different authorizations. Can see cars with google maps in live tracking ( API) The dispatch center Should have input fields to post an order, (name, address, phone Number. Calculate Mileage based on pick up & drop off points & work our real time mileage & cost). Routing to display on the screen as well. Should be able to popup caller history from past orders ( Read incoming caller data from our PBX) & pop up a order history form on Booking Agent's Screen. as well should have a map of the city and on the map should show location of the driver. The system will send the customers mobile an sms, after dispatching, the plate no of the car and saying it is on the way. When arrived, the cab driver will push a buton that he arrived at the customer and the system will send an sms to the customer that the car arrived. Application should support Arabic language
