For the work to be done for your new project: Download content 1. Manually down load content from specified websites. 2. Automate download from specified website. We can do both. and generally when such a huge volume is consider we need to use both of these. Budget you posted looks some thing unrealistic, we can discuss on it. Let us plan and proceed.
