I need a developer to construct a website (reference/example website: [login to view URL]) and to build a robust computer based testing tool with the following features: 1. Website enabled for payments - Not Wordpress, developed from scratch using PHP etc. - see [login to view URL] for example of what I am after - Enterprise scale website, able to scale to over 100K concurrent users - Highly secure 1. Computer based testing tool embedded into the website. This will capture historic exam questions, some personalization and marking scheme.
