Fix R+L Carriers Freight Shipping M2 Extension

We need working freight shipping extension which gets live rates through API from R+L Carriers. We have an account R+L Carriers ([login to view URL]), and we have access to R+L Carriers API for live rates. We have installed free Magento2 R+L Carriers Freight Shipping Extension from Magento Marketplace ([login to view URL]) Unfortunately, despite putting our API credentials at R+L Carriers Freight Shipping Magento 2 extension settings, we couldn`t get live rates. The extension didn`t work. After that, we installed another extension from Github to get live rates from R+L Carriers but again didn`t work. The extension from Github is at that address: [login to view URL] We added both extension files to this project files. You can see there. We didn`t figure out why the extensions are not working. We need a working extension which gets live rates from R+L Carriers. It doesn`t matter that you fix any of these extensions or created a new one to connect through API. We also need to specify for the shipping extension that the live rate calculation through API should consider followings: - Lift Gate Service needed at the delivery address or not - Delivery address is residential or business R+L Carriers API has options for the above settings. So we want to specify it from the backend. We have a Magento 2.1.9 Open Source Edition with a multi-store installation. Here are our environment details: 1. Magento version 2.1.9 2. CentOS release 6.9 3. Apache/2.2.34 4. MySQL Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.6.36-82.0 5. Redis server v=2.8.4 6. PHP 7.0.28 (FPM/FastCGI) 7. Memcached 3.0.3 8. varnish-4.1.2 We have live, development and test version of the Magento installation. All versions are the same. - Awarded freelancer will get credentials for the TEST version. - Freelancer should try to solve the problem and try everything on the test version. - After solving the problem successfully, the freelancer should install it on the live version. Awarded freelancer should inform us in detail about which files have been changed, added or edited. Also, which code added and which codes are removed or edited. We want to solve getting live rates from R+L carriers issue as soon as possible and quickly.
