my customers with hotmail, live and yahoo email never get my emails. I always get bounce emails from them. They never receive order confirmation etc. I get this email "Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (AS3140)"

Yesterday one of my customer faced similar problem on cloudflare. Their network have spam. You can use some other smtp server. I am using smtp2go. I can help you in this.
