Hybrid Mobile App (LiveChat, TextChat, FileShare, Payment System, CMS) -- 2

DESCRIPTION: * hybrid app that will work on iOS, Android , Webservice - PHONEGAP + FRAMEWORK7 + WEBRTC + PAYPAL * two types of users = users and providers * users visitors who will search through provider profiles and be able to chat to them, share files or have live chat * providers can list their profile and create their packages (up to 9) with short description and prices (title, description, price) * users will pay for the service the payments go all to the Admin. Admin will pay to providers after the service has happened manually from the admin (2-3 working days he will make the payments). All payments to be working by Paypal * Users on other devices like pc, laptops should be able to use the same service online thats why we need pretty much the same service on computers as web service. Here we only need page to reflect the app pages (the actual website will be done by me). * CMS to control all users, providers, see who is online, see the history of all chats, history of payments, statistics, settings. * Live chat for the app and web service should be done by WebRTC - solution that should work on all devices but if you have better solution just let me know. * Note that the file sharing between users and providers is also there but this will allow only certain formats (images only). CMS Breakdown: * Dashboard / Statistics – visitors per day, visits per month, users online, payment today, payment per month * Users - Users - view, edit, block, see content, see history, see payments, search, IP - Providers - view, edit, block, see content, see history, see payments, see reviews, search, reports, IP * Payments - Recent Payments - History * Who Is Online – online activity * Reports – sent reports from users * Settings – paypal account, (any other settings that might be needed, if) WHAT IS DONE ALREADY: * complete approved designs they are in PSD * part layout done in HTML using FRAMEWORK7 * CMS - the admin section is already prepared in HTML / CSS but only to show the main pages there will be some work and to make all the functions to work YOU: * somebody who can start ASAP within the budget of 2400$ * 50 + reviews preferred with positive rating * portfolio with at least 3-4 apps * good communication
