Hi, This is basically going to be a top class cloud based video streaming or broadcasting network from a user channel. I am well familier with wowza v3.6.2 and as well as Adobe Media server . Do you have any source site which will provide the streaming feeds? Here we would be implementing websocket live text chat ensuring different elements like settings, guest lists, commands, clear chat etc. We have already worked on that by the way. There are some limits need to be taken care of like time interval as well as permission levels. Broadcasters can create their own channels and from there they are able to make those broadcasting. It’s not like that they can only perform this task from their webcam , they can do this from their mobile camera as well. Yes you have given some good recommendations for video player and hardware related things which are needed. The video quality would be dependent with the connection speed like we see over youtube. Usual features like report spam, inappropriate contents and flagging etc. Password protected broadcasting channels is a good feature. As you can see, we have the expertise to do the job for you.
