Joomla website: New theme & repairs of settings of a few plugins

Joomla 3.7 website. Require joint selection of an appropriate new theme & its proper installation keeping in mind the project shall conclude with page speed optimisation and so combining css, javascripts etc. to achieve optimisation would be a necessary skill & expected. Membership plugin used is emerald. Job Board plugin is used for posting of jobs for our members. Membership data is obtained & stored using EasySocial. Audit of these 3 plugins along with proper setup of the features is required. Over time with usage by various staffs different small errors etc have cropped in. Assume you have to do full setup for these 3 plugins since they can be setup in various ways and piecemeal error rectification may require you to handle new errors that might come up (meaning full reading of documentation / understanding work will have to be done to do even the small errors here and there. Always good to get a conservative estimate so that a positive happy conclusion at end of project between client & freelancer can be done). Prefer Mumbai based freelancers so that if necessary a face to face meeting to clarify & do checkings can be done. Else if you are very good at communications and can work collaboratively using screen sharing etc. we can still look at you.
