LinkedIn Script.

This brief is for someone familiar with LinkedIn who can write a script to help us automate a process. We have an Excel list of LinkedIn search strings. Each of which is associated with a unique LinkedIn member that has been found through the Sales Navigator function. Two example weblinks are shown below for the two scenarios we will use (You may have to manually copy and paste into the browser for the link to work): [login to view URL] [login to view URL] UNKNOWN1 = Company Name UNKNOWN2 = First Name UNKNOWN3 = Last Name We would like you to write a script which opens each search string and then “tags” each of the members, if there is only one result returned. We have suitable ways to extract this data once the tag is applied. We would be wary of violating LinkedIn’s usage limits via this method by loading too many unique pages in a short space of time. Additionally, some of our searches will produce no results, or more than one result. In these cases, we would need the script to not apply a tag. Examples are shown below: No Results: [login to view URL] Multiple Results: [login to view URL] Alternatively, another way to tackle the problem would be to write a script that can combine all the URL’s into a single LinkedIn search. At this point we can then extract the results. We are open to suggestions on a better way to tackle this problem via LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other methods.
