I'm looking for someone to build a system like "[login to view URL]". The feature it need to have is : 1. User registrations. 2. API to communicate with the extension. 3. Integration of payment gateways (PayPal, visa, master cards etc). 4. Setting up multiple normal and hight proxy servers on different locations all over the world. 5. the chrome extension source code already exist, i want you to connect this extension to the administrative backend so the users can sign in via the extension and if the user has premium plan, the extension should be able to connect them to premium servers (Proxy servers with high speed connections). Client to Proxy server connection must be secured and encrypted. Proxy server need to support HTTP, HTTPS, FTP and SOCK protocols. Should be able to control the speed per connection. Need to protect the server from unauthorized access (Only the authorized users should be able to use the proxy server)"
