Magento expert developers to outsource a new Magento 2.2.2 project

We need 'Magento expert developers' to outsource a new Magento 2.2.2 project. We develop alot of new webshops and websites all the time, so there is more work in future if you deliver good quality project on time. Our existing developers are over-booked and hence we are looking for Magento experts who can help us with our new projects. We need a reliable party which believes in doing everything to delivery quality work, timely. Here is a rough task list for this M2 project: 1. Install base of latest Magento version that is Magento Open Source 2.2.2 (We can do this but if you think its better that the dev. does it then let us know) 2. Multi-store (multi-domain) Magento setup. 3. Ultimo theme installation and configuration (We can do this but if you think its better that the dev. does it then let us know.) 4. Installation of some modules (We can do this but if you think its better that the dev. does it then let us know.) 5. Theme adjustments as per provided design (which is based on ultimo theme) Design files will be provided for final quotation, but only after we like your work. 6. Feature development wherever shown in design but not available in theme/modules. 7. Data migration from their M1 site (another company will do it). 8. Other minor adjustments wherever required General expectations: 1. You should be an expert at Magento 2.X development. 2. You should be able to stick to highest standards of Magento development and follow standard coding practices. 3. Your code should be well-structured, well-documented, understandable and efficient. 4. You should know basics of server setups, APIs, etc. so that you can solve Magento issues of any kind. 5. You should be able to work through our GIT setup. 6. You should be able to work through our Redmine based PMS. 7. You should be available on S kype and emails. 8. We expect regular updates and communication. 9. We need some one who can find best possible solutions on their own and delivery quality and elegant code, with minimal supervision. We will always be there to answer your questions or arrange information that you need but you will have to take the lead in everything you do and finish the project in timely manner. IMPORTANT: While applying for this, please attach at-least a few samples of your work (in M2, code and file format, not site urls) to take this hiring decision. It should be original code that you yourself wrote for commercial projects. Our tech-lead will go through your code and you will be judged based on that. You will be interviewed thoroughly (via S kype) by our Tech. lead who has over a decade of experience, so do not waste your and our time by applying if you are a beginner or do not have enough experience solving complex Magento 2 problems under your belt.
