Magento 1.9.3.1 - after an upgrade of M2E pro extension (might not be related but was working perfectly before) the checkout/cart calculations have gone wrong. Example - Subtotal is £99.99 + tax @ 20% (£20) = £119.99 in Total – these are showing correctly (as in attached photo) if “show subtotal including and excluding” is set in admin suggesting the cart gets the correct figures. But the “Grand Total Excl. Tax = £79.99” and “Grand Total Incl. Tax = £99.99” (shown in bold) are not correct, both are around £20 less than what they should be. This wrong price is taken to the Payment gateways and allows customers to checkout without paying tax. To reiterate this had been working perfectly for a long time (no tax settings changed in admin) and the only thing that has changed was an upgrade to the M2E pro module (Ebay/Amazon) today which shouldn’t have effected Magento website tax settings – maybe a coincidence maybe not. Therefore we are looking for a Magento expert with good experience and feedback that can quickly resolve this issue.

Hello, Thank you for submitting your requirements!!! I was looking through your project requirements and I do believe it's something I have experience in previous development and I can complete in a reasonable amount of time and cost. I have reviewed your job and find myself experience in working with similar kind of job. As you mentioned that after upgrade module this error start but as per my experience M2E pro is not related to any tax setting so this assumption is wrong. Yes there may be some other module that create issue but for that we need to debug the issue and then can solve. I have experience in this kind of issue and i have solved this before as well.
