Medical Practice Time Management Software

I need a web based application for managing a surgical practice. It should be PHP/MySQL/javascript and be a Responsive design (functional on desktops, tablets, and phones). Below is a brief overview, and I am including screen shots of the existing solution (written in ASP, lacking functionality, and wrought with bugs). WebCard Software Requirements The Online WebCard (or “WebCard”) is a web application intended to provide a small team of surgeons and their staff the ability to smoothly schedule their day-to-day activities and provide top-notch patient care to the community. Day-to-day activities are separated into four key components – Rounds, Schedule, On-Call, and Administration. Each of these will be accessed by three core groups of people – Surgeons, Administrators, and Nurses/Technicians. Surgeons will access Rounds, Schedule, and On-Call ‘pages’ in order to perform their daily duties. Nurses/Technicians will access the Rounds and Schedule pages in order to update patient information, add patients, discharge patients, etc… They will also access the On-Call page to assist with escalations (read only?). Administrators will use all four pages to add Surgeons, modify Facilities (add, change, remove), update On-Call schedules, etc… Requirements: Application · Must be a responsive design · Must have unique logins for each user · Must provide historical tracking of changes to records · Must provide identity of the last update (i.e. – “created/updated YYYYMMDDHHMMSS – UserName”) · Must provide 4 levels of access – Administrators, Surgeons, Nurses/Technicians · Must provide ability to set custom start page on login (preferences, this could be managed only by Administrators) I have further information regarding interface requirements in the attached document.
