Mobile only website with map

Hello! We are two Swedish guys who want to try freelancer to find a long term partner in quick developments. We are constantly trying new business ideas but rarely get off the ground since we have no development skills. We are looking for someone who are fluently in English who could help us with this part. To give this a try we would like a mobile only website consisting of one page with a map covering the whole screen. On the map there are selected restaurants pinned out. The restaurants should be searchable by moving the map (similar to AirBnB). On the top of the map there should be 3 criteria for sorting the restaurants. If a sort method is applied, the restaurant on the top of the list appears in the bottom of the map and if we slide to the right the second restaurant appears. Another important feature is that each visitor should be able to click update on each restaurant and thereby be able to update the information provided about the restaurant. The restaurant should also be possible to rate. We have everything explained in much more details to be presented for an interesting partner and would like to be involved in the process. Wordpress or any other known platform could preferably be used. I hope we can find a partner for a long and prosperous cooperation. Best regards, Marcus
