We are looking for a web developer to build a NEW INTRANET for our non-for-profit organization based in France. The intranet will be for our members and should contain a maximum of useful intranet features including: Log into the intranet via a button on our web site (btw our current web site runs under WORDPRESS), profil creation upon subscription (credit card, paypal, check), renewal with credit card or direct debit (if no renewal, the member account is suspended), bio and pictures, forum features with subjets and topics, groups conversation and documents sharing, documents storage with smart search and document sharing between members, dashboard with notifications, event registration, decision support tools for community members, individual calendars and shared calendars, project management tool, ad / announcement feature, chat, polls, member directory, map geolocalisation of members, sending newsletters and other mailings, template creation such as for meeting minutes Optional: ideation and innovation management Accounting features (revenue/expenditure sheets, etc.) also with automatic issuance of tax receipt (member download it from his/her dashboard) Administration features, communication/synchronization between back and front office Intranet tutorial Also please let us know if in your opinion the WORDPRESS Woffice + buddypress could be the right solution for us and if you could implement it or what other solution you would recommend.
