Moving a project from PHP to Electron

## Summary There is a functioning web application with backend written in PHP on Laravel Framework and the front-end with HTML & CSS on Vue.JS Framework. We would like you to turn it into a desktop application bundled with Electron, and the PHP backend rewritten with Seqaulize + Sqlilite3 ## Fundamental There are two categories of tasks to be completed to get this project done to the minimum required level: ### Converting codes - All the Models, Database manipulations and Controllers should be re-written with JS for Sequalize and Sqlilite3 ### Adding to the code base - bundling the app inside electron to install & run on desktop instead of a PHP web application - export & import of database - initialization: running the user through what is necessary to get the app up and running in a beneficial way [defining bundles, adding photos, defining priorities & co] - self update [not mandatory]: app should be able to be updated when a new version is available ... ## Required qualifications - **accepting to work within our current limited budget** - preferably one-man/woman developer and not an agency - Good knowledge of Laravel, VueJS, and all the other frameworks used, or otherwise you will be absolutely stuck. - ability to read the codes written by others, understanding it and making changes to it - fully documented, following best practices coding - **GIT** knowledge ## Terms of contract - you will not use the code you will be delivering else-where [for 5 Years] - you will not use the architecture, style, idea and etc of the codes and application you are working on without anywhere else, not even in advisory position [for 7 Years] - you give for-ever the right to the intellectual property of the code you are writing to us/me
