Hi I need 2 custom forms creating on my wordpress site and styling with CSS. The first form i need will be the same as the form on this website [login to view URL] I need it to look and work exactly the same as the form here on this page where the customer selects the tickets. The second form i need creating is the same as the form on this page [login to view URL] I need this form to alter depending on the previous form selection (as above in the first form). I need this completing as soon as possible Thanks Kelly
