Need Custom Home Rental Script

I am looking for a online rental database in Mysql”4.0.22” / Php “4.3.1.0”. I have two website links below to give you an idea of what I am after. I will not need anything this elaborate but a more stripped version. I have notated what I will need and will not need for each website example. I would like the search fields to be “drop down menus: (min/max price, bed rooms “No Preference, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or more”, Bathrooms “No Preference, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or more”, Type of rental “No Preference, non-golf rentals/ golfing rentals”, Type of dwelling “No Preference, Carriage Home, Coach Home, Condo, Private Home, Villia”. Then drop down for Arrival: Month, Date, Year, Nights, Persons “2,3,4,5,6,7” Then check box search options: Allows pets, Lake view, Golf course view, elevator, Private pool/spa, Community pool, Also two options by them selves to search by just community name and property id#. A quick lookup for owners or people who want to see all properties in a specific community. No Preference, Ac006 Augusta Hills, As001 Ascot woods, ect…” Then after search is done The results will look like something like this: [login to view URL] I do not need the add to my property list feature. Click on the photo you will see the final results page. I like the layout here and Like all the options. The one I want “Only” I will list them for you. Property rates, Contact all star, Availability calendar, Send to a friend, View Sub division, View floor plan. I like the thumb nails and when you click the photo displays in the bigger spot. We do not need the additional photos option. Or Instant quote. Need the book property feature. I like the color scheme and layout for the booking area. The property information, Amenities, contact information and view season calendar needs all of them. Click book property, then select a week for what you want to book and click book now. I like this layout also, for booking. I like the layout for step two, Shows all fees and cost. I do not need “Rental car, or rent a crib, or travel insurance and pool heated. Would like the maid fee to be a on/off switch by property. Click through to step 3 I do not need the credit card info payment. When they finish this up it will e-mail it to us and block out the days real time in the db when I get the e-mail I will login and approve or decline the reservation. Also at any time can cancel any reservation in admin area. I would like a simple drop down that says how will you pay” c/c, check, cash, other. If other please state. In admin area of course I would like control over all search features add/delete/suspends property. When I add a new property It has description and of course pick community it is in and property id, check boxes like in search page, upload 12 photos that resize like the example above.
