I need Minecraft plugins.

Hello, I am currently creating a Skyblock server. I am in need of some plugins that I and my other developer can not create. The first plugin we are in need of is called "Generators" This is a well know plugin on skyblock servers. The basic idea is once you place the generator it can spawn items, run commands, or other. There are already generator plugins on the mc-market but I would like a custom plugin. The last plugin is a hologram leaderboard system like hypixel. It will show the top stats of players on the server. If you click on the hologram it will then change the type of statistic you are looking at.
