Script 1 - Need a custom script that will compare a csv file to magento and remove only entries from [login to view URL] that already exist in magento - Once the custom script finishes, [login to view URL] will only contain SKU’s that do not exist in magento. Scipt 2 - Script to needs to programmatically add new products to magento from [login to view URL]

I understand your requirement, So I will make a scrpt, that reads SKU from CSV if its exist on the CSV, then it will delete from that CSV and if not , it will be inserted on magento by script and with the help of magmi.
