hi. i need a website like [login to view URL] but more simple. 1- Must be only for soccer with decimal bets (odds example 1.2, 1.8, 2.5 ) 2- I don't want the matches to be added automatically but i want to add them myself. i must be able to publish or unpublish the matches. 3- admin must have control on user balances. 4- i want only 2 markets (1x2 and double chance) 5- deposit only skrill and paypal 6- only prematch events will be played 7- must have betslip
