hello i use event booking to book courses on my site. I have a plugin that make this: - payment offline: user (after login) can pay offline by upload in a form the pdf of payment or a nuber of payment, the system confirm automatically the booking (without verification of pdf) - If the user in "x" days not pay (online or offline) the system automatically send an email to (BCC)admin and user that warns the user that if he does not pay in "x" day the reservation will be canceled. Then the system afeter x days delete the booking and send an email to user. - After deleting the booking the seat returns bookable Now i have moved on new joomla version 3.9.2 and last event booking version. But this plugin not work. I must recovery it. I can send you the old site where work and the new where not work.

Hello Are you using a commercial version of the extension? If you have a last event booking version, i.e. perhaps you have valid subscription, you better contact the plugin developer. Otherwise, I can spend 1-3 hours researching the problem. Respectfully Boris
