We have a Joomla marketplace that uses Hikashop/market and wanting to integrate a modified PayPal payment system. Currently has Hikamarket PayPal adaptive plugin, but PayPal is phasing this out. We are told to move to a REST API plugin. Would like to have a plugin like the PP adaptive in which the vendors and our marketplace are paid by the payout API. Would also like something like the PayPal adaptive "validation mode" where the vendor can either accept or reject the payment from the customer based on the information they submit through the Hikashop payment process.
