I have a website that I moved from one subscription to a new subscription in order to create unique IP address for the domain. I zipped the website files, uploaded to the new subscription. I exported the database and imported to the new database. I entered the new db, db user and pw into wpconfig I updated the dns to the new ip address. the [login to view URL] file keeps appearing even though I rename/delete the file. I would like someone familiar with plesk and system administration to troubleshoot the issue ASAP.
