I'm looking for help to scrape information from this website: [login to view URL] Input is ALL 5 digit numbers from 00001 - 99999. Input is entered into the search boxes in the 'Search by CPT Code section'. Then click submit. Output is the html returned by the web page. For example, if input is 70450, Output should be the html code starting with <div class="span12"> <a name="70450"></a> <h3 class="cpthead precertHeader"> CPT® Code 70450 </h3> <p>Precertification for this procedure may be required through a delegated organization for members in selected states.<br> <br>
