This can be done using word vectors (a simple concept). A more advanced solution would use contextual word vectors, implemented with systems such as Google's BERT. These contextual word vectors allow for different meanings of words given the context. I am able to create either solution and will work for a low rate since I have no experience on this website. I am a masters student in statistics and have lots of experience with NLP and Python.
