Script to get RSS feeds

I need a php script that can gather all the feeds from xxx different websites (the number of sites, and how many feeds/site must come from an exterior file). The script must generate a static page for each feed, and on the result page, link back to the generated static page, on the website, and not on the original site. The generated result page and static page must fit into any given template or be inserted into a data table table depending upon the type of feed we are receiving. The script has to run each night in a cron job which can be set by admin and at the end of gathering it must update the sitemap and keep a track of the last updates.
