I am looking for the programmers to develop an website. Function : As per the attached screenshot. 1) We put any URL to check whether any website is currently down ? 2) Website internally checks whether it is down or up from multiple server locations. 3) Tells the result 4) If not up prompt the user to if he want to get notify when the site is up 5) Get visitor email 6) When the site is up send a user to inform the website is up and prompt them to rate us on social media.(Need to discuss at frequency website will check particular website to find up or down) 7) option to randomly change background of website from a folder on website for admins. A small backend systems for us to see what users searched or when and similar info. All this info searched websites, time, country, IP, emails to be stored in website.
