Symfony 4 or Yii2. Multilanguage. Ticket system. Roles. PostgreSQL.

Здравсвуйте, заинтересовал ваш проект. Ознакомился с документом и есть пара вопросов, но в целом задача ясна. Готов выполнить на 4 Symfony. Есть 2 года опыта работы с PHP из которых большая часть проектов была на Symfony2, то есть с фреймворком довольно хорошо знаком. С PostgresSQL толком не работал скажу честно но работал с ОРМкой (Doctrine) и так как ничего сверх сложного с базой я не вижу - думаю проблем не будет. Знаю русский и ангийский поэтому трудностей с переводами тоже не возникнет. Единственое, не совсем понятно, что выводить на страницах, но я уверен с этим мы вместе сможем разобраться. Скажу сразу, что это для меня подработка в нерабочее время, поэтому не смогу работать над проектом более чем 4 часа в день. Если вас все устраивает - пишите, согласуем сроки, задачи и порядок оплаты.

Although I'm just starting out with Freelancer, I've got a lot of experience with PHP and Symfony frameworks. Kindly review my profile for more information. Having been employed, I haven't yet built up a portfolio of work that can be displayed publicly but this will change. I propose using Symfony4 for implementing this project. A lot of emphasis will be placed on clean and well designed code structure following Symfony best practices. New developers familiar with Symfony will be able to pick up the codebase very easily. There will be test code to cover core functionality, which won't include controllers. My work will be hosted on a private Bitbucket git repository which will be shared with you upon completion of the project. Along the way, there will be video demonstrations of work done so far. Naturally, there will be a period of up to a month of support to cover bug fixes and minor changes required. Note that a basic template will be used for the design of the webpages.
