2nd time issue arises - get website working on VPS error messages attached.

This was fixed by a freelancer 3 weeks ago but has started to go wrong again, same symptons. We get an error when trying to access the website, and also when trying to access the cpanel. It's on a VPS I own, and the server is up and running, can access other websites on the server. My server manager has passed away, so I have the access – but not the skill to fix this. Please bid to resolve this and to get the site working again, and to tell me what the problem was, and if your fix is permanent or temporary. If we need to delete other hosting accounts off the server we can do that, there are a lot that can be deleted to free up server space. I have a problem with freelancers who do not read the brief, so I will delete your bid if you do not start it with the word "bottle" as i will assume you are auto bidding and not reading this. I need this start to finish done within 3 hours of now. Bids should be around $50 max, it's easy work.
