After leaving the University of Hong Kong, I have joined the Cable & Wireless HKT. Within it, I need to help the Systems Manager in leading a team of Analyst Programmers to develop the Online E-Securities Systems (AMS/3, BSS, MAIN / Start-up Board) for Brokers and Financial Institutes by using SP Trader, C++ API, Unix, Oracle Forms / Report and PL/SQL and Project Management Methodologies (PRINCE, SSADM). I act as Project Leader who tries to lead the development project. I need to obtain the requirement from the end users, design the system by myself and finally supervise a team of Programmers to do all the development, User Acceptance Test and implementation work.
