Turn my blog or site into a Wikipedia type site with Development of an application or simple code for user editing and interaction

Interested in someone who can professionally create a code, snippet, or simple application where ANY user who visits our pages can edit the content almost like a wikipeadia site. This code, snippet or application should be able to be on any platform of our choosing, so we would like for it to be Universal. For example, If I have incorrect information on the site, any user can correct it on the fly but would only like the corrections to be seen by me until the changes are made. Do not want to make this too complicated, it could be something as simple as the user changes going to my email or SMS. Please contact me if you can do the job ASAP!
