Looking for a developer to create a mobile app like Uber, lyft, etc. This app needs to reach a national user base (United States), and I need to be able to control all aspects through the admin panel. We will work with you throughout the whole project so that you have all the info you need, but we will not pay until you have shown us the finished product with requirements that fit our liking. We will keep working with you until the project is over. If you have experience in this field, contact me and I will send you specifics. Price can not exceed $4,000 USD, no exceptions. Bids will be accepted.
