Program that intakes website form submissions and organizes them into a searchable database. We are organizing a video game league where league members earn points for wins, social media posts, social media shares, etc. The way we would verify points is that users will be responsible for reporting their own achievements. We need a program that can take web form submissions, add them to a single database and also post to a page that needs someone from the league to look it over and do a final verification to award the points and make them Final in our system to post to or leaderboards.
