This project needs the front end built. The data will remain the same and no changes to a database are required. We will be using ODBC on a windows server to connect to an MSSQL server. The new system will require an MVC framework. I'm looking for CLEAN coders. I will require code examples that show an expertise in creating an MVC framework type PHP web application. Attached is the spec Please don't don't respond if you can't provide an example MVC framework that you created. Typically I get 40 people trying to get my projects that can't produce examples, and wastes my time. I'm NOT LOOKING FOR A DESIGNER. I'm looking for a PHP coder so you need to provide examples of work. Please review this project and provide a budget. Thank you

Hi - Seeing the title i thought you wanted PHP-MVC. But on opening the pdf i realized you wanted dotnet MVC. That said i am unable to attach a file as part of this proposal. Perhaps you need to ping me post which i would be able to do that.
